The inability to get online for THREE WHOLE DAYS has finally made me crack and I’m at McDonald’s using their WiFi.

So, an update…

The new job is going well. My only complaint, of course, is that I’m going to miss SXSW, because I’ve been told my shift after training will be noon to 9pm for four weekdays and then 9am-6pm on Saturday, with Sunday and one weekday off.

Unless I win the lottery before then, in which case, I’ll just quit my job.

But as that probably won’t happen, I’m going to miss seeing all my friends who will be here in Austin having a great time.

The apartment is nice, aside from the obvious not having Internet until the 28th and the lack of furniture, save for my bed, which is awesome.

I think once I get like, a chair or something, and the ability to watch TV and go online, it’ll feel more like home.
