My good friend K Phillips, and his band, the Concho Pearls, have been invited to play a showcase during CMJ in NYC this October. It’s a pretty awesome opportunity. They’re a great band and great people and they deserve a shot to be heard in other areas.

The problem, however, is money. Or more specifically, the lack of money.

It costs a little bit to get a band from Austin, TX to the Big Apple.

I know times are tough, but if you can spare a little, I assure you it will be greatly appreciated and I’m also pretty sure you can cancel at anytime. We just need to get him a little boost so the NYC trip can be funded.
